Beyond the
national circuit.
We are incredibly ecstatic to announce Debate on Demand's debut tournament: South Asia Open 2026.
DoD aims to organise high-quality competitions that help students from India grow and evolve beyond our national circuit. South Asia Open is a space for ambitious debaters to meet, learn and compete—regardless of institutional support or financial resources.
The tournament is also intended to serve as a fundraiser for children, while providing participants with a genuinely competitive debating experience.

WGM waivers — Teams with both WGM participants and WGM judges are eligible for ₹400 per participant.
Institutional waivers — Contingents sending 4 or more teams are eligible for ₹400 per person.
